The Navajo Area Indian Health Services, Kayenta Health Center, IT Department is requesting for a Contractor to provide the following COMPUTER CARTS. Per FAR 6.302-1(c)(2) KHC has identified a specific brand name, but will accept brand-name or equal descriptions. The Contractor shall provide the following items: (20 EACH) C52-2211-1 CareFit Pro Electric Lift Cart, Life Powered, 1 Drawer (20 EACH) SRVC-CRP3YR Three-Year Extended Warranty: CareFit Pro Carts This combined synopsis/solicitation will be in accordance to request for quotation (RFQ) utilizing FAR Part 12 Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation is issued as a SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE.
