Offeror must be registered in the System of Awards Management (SAM) at SAM.gov Type of Contract: Firm Fixed Price – Base plus up to Four (4) One-year Options Product or Service Code: S205 Housekeeping – Trash/Garbage Collection NAICS: 562112 Hazardous Waste Treatment and Disposal, Business size standard in dollars: $47M. Description: This contract is to ensure that the facility is in compliance with all regulations in regards to the handling and disposal of the biohazardous waste generated during operations. The contractor shall furnish transportation vehicle, labor, equipment, and materials necessary for, and incidental to, the collection, removal and disposal of infectious waste services in accordance with the Statement of Work (attachment 2). This will be for a base plus up to four (4) one-year options Period of Performance: Base plus up to Four (4) one year optionsoption years.
