The Indian Health Service (IHS), Chinle Comprehensive Healthcare Facility, located in/at U.S. Highway 191 and Chinle I.H.S. Road, Chinle, AZ 86503, is requesting for offers for contractor to provide Regulated Waste Collection and Disposal Services for our Hospital which is located in a rural Northeast corner of Arizona (Navajo Nation Reservation). Contractor is responsible to provide all labor, tools, and transportation for collection of infectious waste and disposal in a manner consistent with all applicable federal, state and local laws, and regulations. The anticipated period of performance is January 01, 2023 to December 31, 2023.
