PRESOLICITATION NOTICE (SYNOPSIS) The Synopsis Template The Indian Health Service, Gallup Indian Medical Center, located in/at Gallup, New Mexico has an upcoming requirement for upgrading the current Microsoft Operating System 7 to Microsoft Operating System 10 and migrating all files and reports from an older FOXPRO version 2.6 to a current version without compromising any data. The proposed period of performance will begin on January 3, 2023 and end on June 30, 2023. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 541511 with a small business size standard of $30.0. The Request for Quotations No. 75H71022Q00022 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by December 21, 2022. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need, and price. Quotes will be due on or by December 28, 2022. The acquisition is a total small business set aside.
