The Parker Indian Health Center is seeking a service provider with the capability to be the main provider of Printer equipment, monthly services, maintenance and supplies (not including paper) to CRSU at various locations. Equipment performance maintenance and quantity required for specific brand name and will accept alternative products with the same features due to the location of the service unit and compatibility for usage uniformity within the service location as Ricoh or equal brand maintenance, service and supplier as listed below. Recommending other maintenance service and supplies other than Ricoh, must be supported by full maintenance services within one (1) hour response time and two (2) hours on site. Must be able to provide toner, parts, labor, technical support and software upgrade within the Service Unit location. Please see attached SOW for requirement details.
