BACKGROUND: The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility (CCHCF) is requesting for offers for a contractor to deliver Dell laptops, monitors, docking station, and accessories in strict accordance to the attached Specifications. Per FAR 6.302-1(c)(2) CCHCF has identified a specific brand name, but will accept brand-name or equal descriptions. This Sources Sought Notice is for the Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Pinon Health Center (PHC) issued in accordance with FAR 5.101 for Dell Laptops, Thunderbolt Docks, and Monitors for the Division of Public Health at Pinon Health Center (PHC). The purpose of this notice is to identify potential sources for providing equipment to the Pinon Health Center facility mission and does not commit the Government to issue a solicitation or make an award OR to prelude a solicitation expected to be issued from closure of notice. Pinon Health Center (PHC) serves a rural area, Pinon Health Center is associated with Chinle Service Unit - Indian Health Service in the Heart of the Navajo Reservation - Northern Arizona. Pinon Health Center provides medical care to approximately 11,000 patients - the majority of which are Navajo and many are traditional Navajo who still speak the language. A collegial group of providers offer services in primary care, women's health, counseling, dental, dietary and community nutrition, health promotions, lab, x-ray, native medicine, optometry, pharmacy, physical therapy, speech therapy, podiatry and public health nursing. Description of Services: Pinon Health Center (PHC), Division of Public Health needs a contractor to provide Dell Laptops, Thunderbolt Docks, and Monitors.
