Indian Health Service (IHS) is leasing a new office space for the Western Arizona District Office of Environmental Health & Engineering (WADO). The new lease agreement does not include an automated security monitoring system. As such, IHS requires a contractor who can maintain and monitor the installed office security monitoring system.
