BACKGROUND: The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Northern Navajo Medical Center, Clinical Department is requesting for offers for a contractor to provide MDReview services in accordance to the attached Performance Work Statement. The Government reserves the right to issue a firm-fixed price single award; award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost factors.
