Technical Specifications They must meet the following Technical specifications: Unit must be healthcare grade and include the following: Hood with face shield compatible with use stethoscope use and protect the worker from splash or spray. The hood including face shield must be cleanable with a common surface disinfectant wipe (Super-Sani Wipe, Cavi-Wipe or Clorox Wipe). Back mounted blower unit with a belt or shoulder assembly for wear by staff. Cartridge filters capable N-100 (HEPA) efficiency for particulates. Rechargeable battery with a battery life of at least 10 hours. Audible alarm if flow is impeded or low battery. Air flow indicator tube to verify sufficient air flow.
