The quote shall include a base year + 4 options years of standard maintenance service. New equipment will replace a Konica multi-function copier, Model 364-E. New model requested is a bizhub C350i/C360i or EQUAL. Approximate dimensions must be equal or less than 35”x50”x50” and cannot exceed. Vendor will supply setup, installation, and training at the OEHE office located at 1150 Financial BLVD, Suite 500, Reno, NV 89502-0309. Vendor will also dispose of outdated unit (364-E). To be considered for this award; vendor must quote all items/line items. Includes base year of approximately 100 black and white copies per week (5000-5500 per year) and includes all consumable supplies EXCEPT paper. Overage/usage would be billed separately – black and white up to 500 per month. Base year of color copies will be billed with no minimum copies. Quotes should be in price per copy.
