The Navajo Area Indian Health Service (NAIHS), Northern Navajo Medical Center intends to make a sole source award to GE Healthcare, Inc. for services stated in the attached Statement of Work to be provided to the Northern Navajo Medical Center stated therein. The Period of Performance will be August 1, 2022 through July 31, 2023. This award will be made IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) Soliciting from a Single Source as stated in the attached Justification for Sole Source document titled Determination to Solicit from a Single Source (SSJ). The Contractor, GE Healthcare, Inc., is the only organization uniquely qualified to provide the required services to upgrade the Centricity PACS System to provide radiology essentials on-premise software bundle uscan to ensure proper interface with IHS/RPMS Radiology Software Package that could impact direct patient care. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There will be no solicitation available for competitive quotes. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is by 12:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST) on Tuesday, July 19, 2022, the contract will be issued without further notice. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement base upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Responses should be received by the deadline stated above.
