This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. BACKGROUND: The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Pinon Health Center (PHC) is requesting for offers for a contractor to deliver various rooftop unit air conditions unit supplies, heating boiler supplies, hot water pump supplies, and domestic hot water boiler supplies in strict accordance to the attached Specifications. Per FAR 6.302-1(c)(2) PHC has identified a specific brand name, but will accept brand-name or equal descriptions. SHIPPING ADDRESS: Pinon Health Center P.O. The Government reserves the right to issue a firm-fixed price single award or multiple awards to the contractor(s) whose offer represents the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA); award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost factors.
