The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 334516 with an associated small business size standard of 1,000 employees. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement, including type of small business set-aside or unrestricted. This requirement is for dental prosthetic appliance fabrication for one base year and four one year options. We are requesting from the sources to provide a list/retail price on how their products are priced out in order for us to create a price schedule.
