The Indian Health Service (IHS), Shiprock Service Unit (SSU), Northern Navajo Medical Center (NNMC) is seeking capable vendors interested in providing the services to satisfy the requirements for Non-Personal Services for an Infection Prevention & Control RN Services., to NNMC located in Shiprock, NM. ***It is the responsibility of the Offerer to submit only qualified, applicable and available full-time personnel. Any personnel submitted by multiple Offerers will not be forwarded for evaluation and further consideration*** The anticipated period of performance date is one whole calendar year from award date of contract that will include a base period of performance of 6 months followed by 1 option period to include 6 months for a total of a 1- year contract.
