The contractor shall inspect the two Hurst boilers (serial numbers S400-150-69 and S400-150-70) located in the WRSU Power Plant to ensure continued compliance with Arizona State Boiler Rules. The onsite inspector shall have a valid Arizona Board of Boilers and Pressure Vessels certification. Upon completion of the inspection, an Inspection Certificate for each boiler reporting compliance with Arizona Boiler Rules shall be issued. The inspection is due in May 2022; therefore, the inspection shall occur during the month May 2022.
