This Sources Sought Notice is for the Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Northern Navajo Medical Center issued in accordance with FAR 5.101 for: DOMESTIC COLD WATER SUPPLIES. The purpose of this notice is to identify potential sources who are able to provide the identified products needed by Northern Navajo Medical Center to help meet agency’s identified requirements. This sources sought notification does not commit the Government to issue a solicitation or make an award OR to prelude a solicitation expected to be issued from closure of notice. The Northern Navajo Medical Center (NNMC), a 55-bed hospital, located at Shiprock, New Mexico. Clinical services at NNMC include Emergency Department, Ambulatory Care Clinic, Pediatric Clinic, OB/GYN Women’s' Health Clinic, Orthopedics Clinic, Physical Therapy, ENT, General Surgery, Anesthesia, Intensive Care Unit, Pediatric Unit, L&D/0B Units, Med-Surgical Unit, Radiology, Laboratory, Dental and Administrative Division. The workload at NNMC is an Indian Health Service with 288,000 (+) outpatient encounters and 2,500 inpatient admissions annually. NNMC has a staff of approximately 800 employees. Responses must directly demonstrate the company’s capability, experience, and ability to marshal resources to effectively and efficiently perform the objectives described above. Generic capability statements are not sufficient and will not be considered compliant with the requirements of this notice.
