The Indian Health Service (IHS), Phoenix Area Office (PAO), Department of Acquisition Management issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify Native American Owned Small Business or Indian Economic Enterprise Small Business having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for for filling anticipated repetitive Janitorial Supplies for one Base Year and four Option Years to the Indian Health Service, Colorado River Service Unit located in Parker, AZ. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 325998 – All Other Miscellaneous Chemical Product and Preparation Manufacturing (500 Employees Size). The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement, including type of small business set-aside or unrestricted. This requirement is for dental prosthetic appliance fabrication for one base year and four one year options. We are requesting from the sources to provide a list/retail price on how their products are priced out in order for us to create a price schedule.
