The Navajo Area Indian Health Service (NAIHS), Division of Acquisition Management and Contracts, Northern Navajo Medical Center intends to negotiate a sole source award with Elite Laundry Co., Inc. for services stated in the attached Statement of Work under the authority of 6.302-1 Only one responsible source. The Elite Laundry Co. is able to provide laundry and dry cleaning services in a timely manner that could hinder patient care services if services are not completed and provided in a timely manner. The period of performance for this services would be one calendar year from date awarded. The NAICS code is 812320, small business size standard of $6 million. This notice of intent is not a request to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive quotations or proposals, and a competitive solicitation will not be issued. A determination by the Government whether to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
