The Navajo Area Indian Health Service (NAIHS), Division of Biomedical Engineering, seeks sources who can provide Preventative Maintenance Services for GE CT Scanners. All parts used to repair the GE equipment shall be OEM manufactured parts that meet manufacture regulatory and quality standards. The capability statement should include the following: Contractor is capable of providing OEM repair and maintenance on GE CT Scanners. Past performance in providing the requested services to the Indian Health Service, other Government (Federal or State) agency, or for a private facility, within the past three (3) years.
