The Indian Health Service (IHS), Shiprock Service Unit (SSU), Four Corners Regional Health Center (FCRHC) is seeking capable vendors interested in providing the services to satisfy the requirement(s) for the building, the delivering and the complete installation of a carport dimension of 30Wx45Lx9'T and 6x16 Guard Shack that will be installed on the South end of the entrance to Urgent Care of the Four Corners Regional Health Center located in Teec Nos Pos, AZ.
