Nizhoni Boulevard, Gallup, New Mexico has an upcoming requirement for transportation of human blood and blood products and, or laboratory testing supplies on an emergency basis during regular daytime and, nighttime, as well as early AM hours between Gallup, New Mexico and Albuquerque, New Mexico from Gallup Indian Medical Center (GIMC) and United Blood Services (UBS) New Mexico, 1515 University Blvd., N.E., Albuquerque NM 87102), as well as between GIMC and Tricore Laboratory in Albuquerque, NM (1001 Woodward Pl NE, Albuquerque, NM 87102). The anticipated period of performance will be January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 492110 with a small business size standard of 1,500 employees. The Request for Quotations No. 75H71022Q00019 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by December 29, 2021. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need, Transportation and Safety Administration (TSA) certifications, past performance, and price.
