The Indian Health Service, Gallup Indian Medical Center located at 516 E Nizhoni Blvd, Gallup, NM 87301 has an upcoming requirement for nine (9) Nurse Practitioners to include evaluation, emergent treatment, and management of patients, emergency care for triage, diagnosis, and disposition. Contractors will be assigned to work in WIPCC, Employee Health, Car-Based COVID testing, vaccination program (on campus and community), and COVID hotline. The requirement will be a base plus three option periods using the following estimated schedule: Base Period: Date of Award - March 31, 2022 1st Option Period: April 1, 2022 - June 30, 2022 2nd Option Period: July 1, 2022 - September 30, 2022 3rd Option Period: October 1, 2022 - December 31, 2022 The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 621111 with a small business size standard of $12.0 million. The Request for Quotations No. 75H71022Q00018 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by December 27, 2021. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need, minimum education requirements, professional certifications, past performance, and price. Quotes will be due on or by January 6, 2022. The acquisition is a total small business set aside.
