The Indian Health Service (IHS) uses secure information technology (IT) and requires consistent Ethernet Broadband to improve health care quality, enhance access to specialty care, reduce medical errors, and modernize administrative functions consistent with the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) enterprise initiatives. The Indian Health Service (IHS) Department of Information Resource Management (DIRM), Phoenix Area Office, is responsible for maintaining the IHS Enterprise Architecture (EA), established to improve the effectiveness of the business processes, data, resources, services, systems and technology that support IHS mission and goals. Currently we are looking to renew our Ethernet Broadband services contract at the Hopi Health Care Center (HHCC), located in Polacca, Arizona. Looking at sources for 5 year term contract.
