The Indian Health Service (IHS), Phoenix Area Office (PAO), Department of Acquisition Management issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for providing COVID-19 incentives for screen printing for T-Shirts and screen printing for face masks and labels on water bottles and tumblers for the Indian Health Service, Fort Yuma Health Center located in Winterhaven, CA. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 323113 – Commercial Screen Printing or 339920 – Sporting and Athletic Goods Manufacturing. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement, including type of small business set-aside or unrestricted. This requirement is for providing COVID-19 incentives for screen printing for T-Shirts and face masks and labels on water bottles and tumblers for the Indian Health Service, Fort Yuma Health Center located in Winterhaven, CA. We are requesting from the sources to provide a list/retail price on how their products are priced out in order for us to create a price schedule.
