This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This synopsis/solicitation notice is a request for proposals for One (1) Non-Personal Service Contract to provide (High-Complexity) Medical Laboratory Director Services to the Laboratory Department, Crownpoint Healthcare Facility, Jct. NM State Highway 371 and Navajo Route 9, Crownpoint, New Mexico, 87313 - Navajo Area Indian Health Service (IHS) throughout the duration of the contract period of performance. Services shall be performed in accordance with the attached Scope of Work Statement (SOW). Refer to the SOW for Shift hours and the Position Description for specific duties. This acquisiton is Total Small Business I accordance with 52.204-7(b)(1) prospective contracotrs must have - and maintain in accordance with 52.204-13(c) - an active profile in the System for Award Management at beta.SAM.gov in order to submit a quote.
