The Indian Health Service, Gallup Indian Medical Center located at 516 E Nizhoni Blvd, Gallup, NM 87301 has an upcoming requirement for seven (7) Board Certified/Board Eligible Emergency Medicine physicians, to include evaluation, emergent treatment, and management of emergency care for life/limb threats, resuscitation and stabilization, triage, diagnosis, and disposition. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 621111 with a small business size standard of $12.0 million. The Request for Quotations No. 75H71021Q00039 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by July 16, 2021. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need, minimum education requirements, professional certifications, past performance, and price.
