The Indian Health Service, Gallup Indian Medical Center located at 516 East Nizhoni Boulevard, Gallup, NM 87301 has an upcoming requirement for two (2) respiratory therapists who will perform a wide range of cardiopulmonary procedures serving all areas of the hospital, including Medical/Surgical, Outpatient, Emergency/Trauma Room, Pediatrics, Newborn Nursery, Intensive Care Unit and Women’s Health Unit. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 621399 with a small business size standard of $8.0 million. The Request for Quotations No. 75H71021Q00036 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by July 15, 2021. Evaluation factors may include: experience of 36 months, licensure (Current, active license to practice, board certified or registered through the National Board of Respiratory Care and valid state driver’s license), certifications, references, interview with contractor and price. Quotes will be due on or by July 27, 2021. The acquisition is a total small business set-aside.
