BACKGROUND The Whiteriver Indian Health Service Hospital requires a contracted project for the procurement and installation of a replacement Beacon Medaes LPV-5T-L120-TC medical vacuum pump. The scope of work detailed below outlines the required project outcomes including installation. The Contractor shall be responsible for all necessary work to achieve required outcomes including labor, equipment, tools, incidental design, travel, per diem, TERO fees, and other related expenses required to complete the project. SUMMARY The contract shall provide for the procurement and installation of one Beacon Medaes medical vacuum motor pump VAC150 model # VAC02-103 which supports the LPV-5T-L120-TC medical vacuum system. DELIVERABLES The contractor shall remove the existing non-functioning Beacon Medaes motor pump unit and dispose of off-site. The contractor shall provide and install one (1) new Beacon Medaes motor pump unit VAC02-103, 12652-2100-5H, VC-150, 5 horsepower, VAC with tri-volt 3-phase TEFC motor and inlet check valve. The contractor shall perform startup and test the new unit for proper operation. Packing materials and other materials that are not procured in this SOW shall be removed from the site with the contractor installing the desks. The existing control panel, receiver, mounting base, and alarm wiring are to remain in place. The new unit shall be shipped via 2-day priority freight. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE The period of performance of this contract is 60 calendar days after award. Facility day time hours of operation are 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday (excluding Federal holidays). Work outside of these hours must be requested in writing to the Contracting Officers Representative (COR).
