Indian Health Service (IHS), Phoenix Area Office on behalf of Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC) is conducting this Sources Sought to identify small business contractors who possess the capabilities to provide preventative maintenance and calibration services by field service engineers with specific technical expertise and manufacturer-certified replacement parts. The services are required to ensure equipment is maintained to operating specification which meet or exceed manufacture’s specification and receives the latest software version upgrades. This is neither a Request For Quotation nor a Request For Proposal. The designated NAICS code is 811219, with a size standard of $22M. Responses shall reference this Sources Sought announcement number, “IHS1428618 Sources Sought PM Audiology Equipment PIMC” An organization that is not considered a small business under the applicable NAICS code should not submit a response to this notice. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). Indian Health Service is utilizing this tool as part of market research. Your responses will assist IHS in the development of its possible RFP and in determining whether any type of small business set-aside is possible for this procurement or whether full and open competitive procedures should be utilized. The subcontracting limitations are outlined in FAR 52.219-3, 52.219-14, 52.219-27, 52.219-29, and/or 52.219-30, as appropriate. Please send your response to Nestor J.
