Contractors shall submit the required documents set forth in Section 52.212-1 – Instructions to Offerors. Offers not meeting the requirements as set forth by this RFQ may not be evaluated for award. All responsible offerors may submit a quote which will be considered by the agency, NO LATER THAN 12:00 PM MST, April 30, 2021.
