Indian Health Services National Supply Service Center (NSSC) is seeking quotes to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for miscellaneous packing and shipping supplies at the NSSC warehouse located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Attached is a BPA terms and conditions along with the pricing schedule for the NSSC. A BPA is a simplified method of filling the anticipated repetitive needs for services by establishing "Charge Accounts" with qualified sources of supply. BPA's are designed to reduce administrative costs in accomplishing small purchases by eliminating the need for issuing individual purchase documents. A multiple award BPA is anticipated as a result of this solicitation. Interested Parties who will accept the attached terms and conditions shall submit the completed Schedule B no later than March 16th 2021, at 4:00 pm CST to darya.harjo@ihs.gov. Response will be evaluated on price and products offered and multiple awards may be made from solicitation. Vendors are required to submit cut sheets and specifications on products offered.
