The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Gallup Indian Medical Center (GIMC), Gallup, New Mexico, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-priced award Rehoboth McKinley Christian Health Care Services, Inc, (DUNS 069425916 ) for lease of their helipad located at RMCHS medical facility. Award will be for a base period of 12 months with up to 4 option periods of 12 months each for a total period of performance of 5 years, if all option periods were exercised. In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b), Rehoboth McKinley Christian Health Care Services, Inc is the only source uniquely qualified to provide the required services for Preventive Maintenance, to ensure there is no interruption in services that could have a negative impact on direct patient care. This notice is not a solicitation for quotes or offers.
