This Request for Information (RFI) is issued to determine the capabilities of firms to provide Finger Pulse Oximeters in support of COVID-19 patient care. This RFI is for planning purposes only and shall not be considered an Invitation for Bid, Request for Quotation, or a Request for Proposal. This RFQ will be treated only as information for the Government to consider as part of their market research. The North American Industry Classification system (NAICS) for this requirement is 334510 Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1,250. General Requirements: The purpose of this requirement is to obtain Nonin Onyx Vantage 9590 Finger Pulse Oximeter or equal brand. See Attachment – Specifications for salient characteristics. Instructions: Your response should include the following: Submit a capability statement that demonstrates how your company can provide the requested services that are required. Include past performance in providing the requested services to the Indian Health Service, other Government (Federal or State) agency, or for a private facility, within the past three (3) years. Include contract number, point of contact, telephone number or e-mail address. Please provide your firms DUNS number and Government Point of Contact. Please indicate whether service is available under contract with GSA Federal Supply Schedule and if so, provide the contract number or indicate if service is “open market.” Provide your firms socio-economic status (e.g. SDVOSB, VOSB, WOSB, SB, Large Business, 8a, etc.) The contractor/offeror must not provide gray market items and must be an authorized distributor of the items being offered. Responses shall be submitted via email to michelle.james@ihs.gov. no later than 1:00 p.m. MST, November 6, 2020. Please place "COVID-19: Finger Pulse Oximeters" in the subject line of your email. NOTE: Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to particular acquisition approach. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government in response to this RFI.
