The Navajo Area Indian Health Service (NAIHS), Gallup Indian Medical Center intends to make a sole source award to Silvain, Dan for services stated in the attached Scope of Work (SOW) to be provided to the Gallup Service Unit medical facilities stated therein. The Period of Performance is September 18, 2020 through September 17, 2021. This award will be in made in accordance to authority FAR 6.302-1 One and Only Responsible Source as stated in the attached Justification for sole source document titled Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition(JOFOC). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive offers; however, all responsible sources must submit a Capability Statement within three (3) business days after the publication of this notice which may be considered by the requesting agency. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Responses received after the response date or without the required information may not be considered. Closing date September 17, 2020 @ 10:00am EST. A determination by the Government not to compete as result of information received is solely within the discretion of the Government.
