The Great Plains Area Indian Health Service is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify Indian Economic Enterprises as defined in 25 U.S.C. § 47 and other Small Businesses having an interest in and the resources to support a requirement for: Service, Support, and Maintenance Services for Eaton Power Conditioners. Refer to attached Statement of Work for required services. Services will be performed at the Pine Ridge IHS Hospital, Pine Ridge, South Dakota and Rosebud IHS Hospital, Rosebud, South Dakota.. Period of performance will be: (A) Base Year is from Date of Award through December 31, 2020 with four one-year options as follows: OY1 - January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021; OY2 - January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022; OY3 - January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023; and OY4 - January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 811219 Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance and the Classification Code assigned is J061 Maintenance, Repair and Rebuilding of Equipment: Electric Wire and Power Distribution Equipment. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This is a request for capability information and does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. The Federal Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these contract services, please provide the following information: 1) Organization name, address, email address, Web site address, telephone number, and size and type of ownership for the organization; 2) Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability, and 3) Past Performance Information using the attached Past Performance Questionnaire.
