This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The Navajo Area Indian Health Service (IHS) intends to award a fixed-price contract in response to Request for Quotation (RFQ) IHS1405187. This solicitation is issued as a Small Business Set-Aside. (iii) The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-05. (iv) The associated North American Industry Classification System code is 238210 and the small business size standard is $16.5.
