BACKGROUND: The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Pinon Health Center and Tsaile Health Center are requesting for offers for a contractor to deliver desktop computers in strict accordance to the attached Specifications. Per FAR 6.302-1(c)(1) the Government has identified a specific brand name, and will only accept offers using the brand name; Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC) – Brand Name8 is attached.
