This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The Navajo Area Indian Health Service (IHS) intends to award a fixed-price contract in response to Request for Quotation (RFQ) IHS1402710. This solicitation is issued as a Small Business Set-Aside. (iii) The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-05. (iv) The associated North American Industry Classification System code is 811219 and the small business size standard is $20.5 million. (v) PRICE/COST SCHEDULE – Provide certification of the Biological Safety Cabinet, Clean Room, and Anteroom. See SOW. (vi) PURPOSE OF THE CONTRACT: Task Description: This service is to provide certification of the Biological Safety Cabinet, Clean Room, and Anteroom to a minimum of USP 797 standards. This service will provide 1 certification with a smoke study to be done on the initial certification. See SOW. (vii) Date and Place of Delivery: Start date: Date of award. Kayenta Service Unit: Kayenta Health Center Pharmacy Department. (viii) PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT: See SOW. (ix) Evaluation Factors: This will be a best value procurement. Evaluation Factors: Past Performance, Technical Capability and Logistics. These non-cost factors are significantly more important than price. The Government will determine the reasonableness of each acceptable offer.
