The Indian Health Service (IHS), Phoenix Area Office (PAO), Division of Acquisition Management (DAM) is seeking qualified vendors who can provide Television and Music Programming Cable TV Services to the Medical Center and surrounding ancillary buildings at the Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC) located at 4212 North 16th Street, Phoenix, Arizona 85016. Offers must meet the minimum qualifications and requirements set forth within the Request for Quote (RFQ) and must be capable of providing all core services set forth in the Scope of Work (SOW). The Government anticipates an award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The Government intends to award one Contract as a result of this solicitation. The Offerors are required to submit RFQ by email to: bradley.platero@ihs.gov. Email Subject Line shall read: RFQ Notice ID: IHS1392435 for Cable TV Services. The RFQ due date is at 5:00 pm, Phoenix, Arizona Time on January 07, 2020. Late proposals will not be accepted. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. The website for registration is www.sam.gov.
