This Sources Sought notice is not a solicitation and seeks to identify Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) capable of supplying the JADA System, a postpartum hemorrhage control device, or an equivalent FDA-cleared successor. Under the Buy Indian Act, the Indian Health Service must give preference to Indian Economic Enterprises when authorized and practicable, and ISBEEs as well as other small businesses are encouraged to respond. Interested vendors should submit a capability statement and the attached Buy Indian Act Indian Economic Enterprise Representation Form. Responses must directly demonstrate the company’s capability, experience, and ability to provide the required device, as generic capability statements are not sufficient.
