The Claremore Indian Hospital is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify any resources to support the requirement for: Establish Firm Fixed-Price, Commercial Item, Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), to provide surgical instruments to include repairs and maintenance services as needed. This solicitation is being issued under solicitation number IHS02052024BPA. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 811210 - Other Electronic and Precision Equirpment Repair and Maintenance and the classification code is 6515 - Medical and Surgical Instruments, and Equipment. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This is a request for capability information and does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. The Federal Government assumes no financial responsiblity for any costs incurred.
