This is a Sources Sought notice to identify capable Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) for providing and supporting specific BIOFIRE SPOTFIRE PCR analyzers for all Oklahoma IHS Laboratories. The Government is not obligated to award a contract based on this notice. Responses, including a detailed capability statement and a completed Buy Indian Act Representation Form, must be submitted via email by 11:00 AM EST on February 23, 2026, and are limited to five pages.
