This notice is intended strictly for market research to determine the availability of Indian Small Businesses Economic Enterprise (ISBEE), Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE), or Other Small Businesses. Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible. The anticipated applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 325992, Computer printer toner cartridges manufacturing- other relevant NAICS codes will be considered based on responses received. BACKGROUND The Indian Health Service (IHS) plans to procure toner cartridges specified in the attached documents. SCOPE To procure various toner cartridges in accordance with the FOCA "Fair and Open Competition Act". CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS/ AND PERSONNEL QUALIFICATIONS (N/A) TYPE OF ORDER This is a firm fixed price purchase order. ANTICIPATED PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE Period of Performance: Delivery no later than 60 days from date of award PLACE OF PERFORMANCE (N/A) 7.0 REPORT(S)/DELIVERABLES AND DELIVERY SCHEDULE Delivery of products should be no later than 60 days from date of award PAYMENT Payment via IPP.gov upon delivery 10.0.
