Sources Sought Notice: IHS-BSU-26-09292025 – Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist (Ultrasound RDMS certified) Services to be provided at the Quentin N Burdick Memorial Healthcare Facility 1300 Hospital Loop (QNBMHF) Belcourt ND 58316. This notice is intended to strictly for market research to determine the availability of Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE). This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation, an obligation or commitment by the Indian Health Service (IHS). Pursuant to 48 CFR Part 326, Subpart 326.603-3 and IHM 5.5-6, Indian Health Service must use the negotiation authority of the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47, to give preference to Indian economic Enterprises (IEE) whenever the use of that authority is authorized and practicable. The Government is seeking to identify businesses capable of providing an Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist. Any vendor responding to this notice should submit their capability statement in meeting the Performance Work Statement (attached). Instructions for submission are outlined below. Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE) are highly encouraged to respond to this notice. However, firms should understand that generic capability statements are not sufficient for effective evaluation of their capacity and capability to perform the work required. Responses must directly demonstrate the company’s capability, experience, and ability to reasonably provide Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist (Ultrasound RDMS certified) Services for the QNBMHF, Belcourt IHS. Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether an IEE set-aside is possible. The anticipated applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 621512 – Diagnostic Imaging Centers.
