DataRay D4 Patient Identification Labeling Platform (PILP)
This Sources Sought Notice seeks capable vendors to provide the DataRay D4 Patient Identification Labeling Platform (PILP) to support Indian Health Service and Tribal facilities. Preferences are for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises/Indian Economic Enterprises first and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses second. The IHS Office of Information Technology has determined DataRay D4 PILP is the only platform that seamlessly replaces the legacy DataRay D3 architecture. Planned scope includes modernizing legacy D3 print stations to D4 with dual-stack to IPv6-only migration, maintaining PATH EHR compatibility, establishing an enterprise Managed Services Agreement, standardizing governance and deployment processes, and providing ordering channels for replacements, expansions, equipment, software, services, support, kits, and consumables. Interested parties should submit a capability statement and the Buy Indian Act Indian Economic Enterprise Representation Form; NAICS 518210 applies with a $40M size standard.
