Indian Health Service is conducting a Sources Sought Notice to identify Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises and Indian Economic Enterprises (first preference), and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (second preference), capable of providing enterprise end user devices, software, licenses, peripherals, and deployment support for the IHS PATH EHR modernization effort in support of the Office of Information Technology. The contractor would provide new, TAA-compliant commercial equipment on a brand-name-or-equal basis, including monitors, printers, scanners, all-in-one workstations, barcode/armband printers, iPads, networking hardware, and related accessories, with FOB destination delivery to the Government-designated receiving location. The applicable NAICS code is 423430 with a 250-employee size standard, and the Government anticipates using the GSA Multiple Award Schedule where practicable, possibly with open-market solicitation.
