This is a sources sought notice to identify qualified Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs), Indian Economic Enterprises (IEEs), and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) capable of providing PhD-level specialized health economics analysis services. The work will support the IHS Service Area Adequacy and Referral Network Accessibility Study under the Office of Public Health Support / Division of Program Statistics. The selected contractor would perform service-by-service, place-by-place economic assessments translating geographic access findings into budget-relevant decisions for American Indian and Alaska Native populations.
