IHS may consider an additional extenstion following the forthcoming posting of Questions & Answers. _____ Original The Indian Health Service (IHS) has a requirement to obtain contractor support services to assist with the development, management and facilitation of an evaluation framework for the implementation of a produce prescription program in Native communities. This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ) using FAR 12 and FAR 13.5. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03.
