Please refer to attached document "1477693_QA_Final.pdf" The Indian Health Service’s Office of Human Resources, Division of Health Professions Support to for contractor support to provide comprehensive, broad range advertising, integrated marketing and related communication services. This will support ongoing awareness, marketing, advertising and public outreach campaigns. In addition, it will support the IHS Scholarship (SCH) Program, the IHS Loan Repayment (LRP) Program and grant programs. After review and assessment of current processes, the selected contractor should be prepared to expand the IHS reach beyond the previously utilized recruitment tools if determined advantageous. This solicitation is a combined synopsis/solicitation, prepared in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-05.
