RFP IHS-22-03B is amended, Amendment One to: (1) respond to RFP questions and incorporate the questions and answers into the SOW; (2) extend the RFP Closing date to NLT 4pm CST May 20,2022; and (3) Provide Attachment 3 - Facility List. Proposals are required to include a written acknowledgment of having read and seen all amendments and attachments. All other terms and conditions remain the same. This requirement is to purchase pharmaceutical supplies not availaibe through the VA Pharmacy Prime Vendor contract. These pharmaceutical products are a continuous requirement for IHS nationwide to enable us to provide for and treat IHS patients.
